A highly qualified team of network engineers administers a broad array of Cisco equipment in our client’s offices and data centers across the world while taking care of configurations and resolving difficulties with the help of our onsite engineers, at our 24×7 support center. We offer on-site Cisco assistance, remote internet assistance, and a mix of the two, depending on the needs and requirements of our clients.
We handle all elements of Cisco assistance, including hardware, software, and technical assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. On the hardware side, we provide labor assistance and do activities such as rack and stack, fan and PSU replacement, and module addition. We also provide Cisco break/fix services. We configure new and existing devices, as well as install new ones, on the software side. We also give the essential tool kits for the task to on-site engineers.
